The legal name of the parent company is SIG North Trading, ULC, which was established on February 28, 2020, and is registered with BC Registry Services under entity ID BC1242391. The registered legal address of SIG North Trading, ULC is Suite 1700, Park Place, 666 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6C 2X8, Canada.
SIG North Trading, ULC is a registered investment dealer and is a member of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO). Additionally, it is a member of the Canadian Investor Protection Fund (CIPF). However, it’s important to note that the benefits of CIPF membership apply solely to the activities conducted by SIG North Trading, ULC. BTC Trading Pro is not a member of CIRO or CIPF, and therefore, investor protection through CIPF does not extend to BTC Trading Pro’ activities.
While SIG North Trading, ULC is traditionally known for its conservative and structured trading strategies aimed at experienced investors, BTC Trading Pro is designed to be more accessible and user-friendly, especially for beginners and individuals interested in cryptocurrency and digital asset trading. BTC Trading Pro aims to simplify the investment process and introduce modern financial instruments through a technology-driven, crypto-oriented platform.
SIG North Trading, ULC provides administrative, trade execution, custodial, and reporting services to clients of BTC Trading Pro. In turn, BTC Trading Pro acts as a registered Portfolio Manager, Investment Fund Manager, and Exempt Market Dealer, and is fully responsible for managing your investment account and portfolios, including issuing trade instructions to SIG North Trading, ULC.
The BTC Trading Pro Portfolios® service is provided exclusively by BTC Trading Pro, reflecting its focus on innovation, accessibility, and dynamic portfolio management.
